Delete Your Account
You can request complete deletion of your KEN Secure VPN account and all associated data. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

Send an email to
[email protected] with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request".

Include the email address registered to your KEN Secure VPN account so we can locate it.

We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion via email within 48 hours.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

DATA DELETION
Delete Specific Data
If you would like to delete specific data without removing your entire account, you can request deletion of any of the following:
- Connection session history and logs
- Bandwidth usage records
- Device registration records
- Payment and subscription history
To request data deletion, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and specify which data you would like removed.
What Gets Deleted
When you request full account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your name, email address, and account credentials
- All registered devices
- Connection session history and bandwidth records
- Subscription and payment references
- All preferences and settings
Active subscriptions will be cancelled before deletion. This action is irreversible - once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Processing Timeline
Within 48 hours - Verification email sent
Within 7 days - Active subscriptions cancelled
Within 30 days - All data permanently deleted
