What is KEN VPN?

KEN VPN is a privacy-first VPN service with 38 servers across 22 countries. We use WireGuard encryption, have a strict no-logs policy, and offer features like ad blocking, split tunnelling, kill switch, and DNS leak protection.

How do I install KEN VPN?

Download KEN VPN from the Google Play Store. Once installed, create an account or sign in, and you're ready to connect. The app will guide you through granting the VPN permission on first use.

What's the difference between the plans?

Sentinel (free) gives you 1 device, 5GB/month, and 9 servers. Shield adds unlimited data, 38 servers, and 3 devices. Fortress includes split tunnelling, advanced ad blocking, and 6 devices. Citadel gives you everything including 10 devices and priority support.

Why is my connection slow?

Try switching to a server closer to your physical location using the Servers tab. You can also run a Speed Test from the tools section to measure your connection. If issues persist, try toggling the VPN off and on again.

Does KEN VPN keep logs?

No. KEN VPN operates under a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, or store your browsing activity, connection timestamps, IP addresses, or DNS queries. Your privacy is our top priority.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions > KEN VPN > Cancel. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period. You can also manage your subscription from the Account screen in the app.

What is the Kill Switch?

The Kill Switch blocks all internet traffic if the VPN connection drops unexpectedly. This prevents your real IP address from being exposed. You can enable it from the Security Dashboard in the app.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion at kensecure.com/delete-account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. Make sure to cancel any active subscription first.

What is Split Tunnelling?

Split Tunnelling lets you choose which apps use the VPN and which connect directly. This is useful for banking apps or local services that may not work well through a VPN. Available on Fortress and Citadel plans.

How many devices can I connect?

It depends on your plan: Sentinel allows 1 device, Shield allows 3, Fortress allows 6, and Citadel allows up to 10 simultaneous connections. You can manage your registered devices from the account dashboard on our website.
